Pearl Jam have released their new single, ‘Dance Of The Clairvoyants’. It’s the first taste of material from the band’s upcoming studio album, Gigaton, which will be released on March 27 through Monkeywrench Records/Republic Records.
“I can’t tell you how proud I am about this group of songs, “bassist Jeff Ament said of Gigaton.”As you know, we took our time and that benefited us taking more chances. ‘Dance Of The Clairvoyants’ was a perfect storm of experimentation and real collaboration, mixing up the instrumentation and building a great song, and Ed writing some of my favourite words yet, around Matt’s killer drum pattern. Did I mention Mike’s insane guitar part and that Stone is playing bass on this one? We’ve opened some new doors creatively and that’s exciting.”

Pearl Jam have already announced a European tour for this summer, including a headline spot at the prestigious Hyde Park British Summer Time event in London in July, and also recently confirmed a series of US dates for the spring.
Gigaton is out on 27 March and can be bought here.
