Samara Joy Announces ‘Live At The Blue Note L.A.’ EP
The five-track EP was recorded during Joy’s sold-out April 2026 run at Blue Note Los Angeles.
Samara Joy has announced her first live release, the five-track EP Live At The Blue Note L.A., due October 23 via Verve Records. The project was recorded during Joy’s sold-out April 2026 run at Blue Note Los Angeles and features the vocalist with the septet that has accompanied her on tour. Songs from the release include: “Round Midnight,” “Yesterdays,” “Lush Life,” “No More Blues,” and “No More Blues Reprise.”
Live At The Blue Note L.A. follows Joy’s latest studio album, Portrait, which won Best Jazz Vocal Album and gave her a sixth Grammy Award. NPR Music described Portrait as “the most jazz literate album of her career so far,” while Philadelphia public radio station WRTI called it “an artistic breakthrough.”
Joy’s touring schedule is set to continue across the U.S. and Europe through the remainder of 2026, with additional headline dates planned into 2027. Dates can be found below.
