A message from the Vinylphyle team
One year ago today, we launched Vinylphyle with a simple goal: to celebrate the albums that shaped our lives by giving them the absolute best treatment possible, from the analog mastering and packaging to every detail in between.
Today, as we look back on our first year, we just want to say a massive THANK YOU to all of you!
The way you have welcomed this series into your homes and onto your turntables has been incredible. We read your comments, your reviews, and your posts, and hearing how much you love the warmth of the sound and the feel of the packaging means the world to us.
Your passion for discovery across different genres has been equally inspiring. Whether you picked up a classic rock album, a foundational hip-hop record, or an alternative masterpiece, your willingness to explore different eras and artists is what makes this community so special.
Thank you for trusting us with your music collection this past year. We are already at work on an amazing lineup of titles for year two, and we can’t wait to share them with you!

It’s been such a joy working on the Vinylphyle series and I’m humbled by the overwhelmingly positive feedback that the series has received. Nothing makes me happier than knowing how much you all are enjoying these records! Mastering records is more than a job, it’s a dedication to a craft and love for the artform that is recorded music. It’s good to know that people can see the care that goes into these and it speaks highly to everyone involved! Happy Birthday Vinylphyle! Looking forward to many more!

“It has truly been an honor and a pleasure to work on these Vinylphyle titles that I mastered for vinyl. I can’t describe what a thrill it is just to hold the boxes with the master tapes in them and read the handwritten notes from so many years ago. There’s a smell to it as well, and when I thread the tape machine and hit play for the first time, the sound is nothing short of magic. From that point on, it’s my job to cut it to the disc getting it to sound as good as it possibly can, while still respecting and honoring the original pressing. All in all, it adds up to a damn good time. I’m excited that the response has been so positive and that people are enjoying the music again in this fresh new way. Happy anniversary Vinylphyle, and to everyone involved at the label! I’m looking forward to continuing this musical journey with you.”
