Déyyess Announces ‘Well I Might Just Die’ EP
The EP arrives November 6 via Boys Boys Boys / Polydor Records, ahead of a November headline run.
Déyyess has announced a new EP, Well I Might Just Die, due November 6 via Boys Boys Boys / Polydor Records. Alongside the announcement, she has released the new single “The Chapel,” which addresses religion, queerness and the guilt that can follow being told that a person’s identity or relationships are wrong.

In a statement, Déyyess said the song grew from confronting feelings she had carried for years and trying to unlearn internalised homophobia. “I wrote this song for all of those years of me feeling ashamed of who I am trying to undo that and turn it into something freeing – something I could dance to, feel queer joy to, and remind myself how beautiful loving a woman as a woman really is.”
“The Chapel” follows the EP’s earlier singles “Crush” and “She’s The Only One.” After Well I Might Just Die arrives, Déyyess will begin a November headline run at Academy 2 in Dublin, with stops including King Tut’s in Glasgow and the Deaf Institute in Manchester. The run concludes at Colours in Hoxton on November 19, billed in the release as her biggest London headline show to date.
The EP follows a busy 2025 for Déyyess. After releasing Would You Go Down On A Girl?, she joined Alessi Rose on a UK and European support tour that included two sold-out nights at London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town. Déyyess then mounted her first UK and European headline run in March, closing with a sold-out show at Camden Assembly.
