Aerosmith Announces Two Hollywood Bowl Shows With Special Guests
The Black Crowes, Heart and RUN DMC join the celebration, with Don Was serving as music director.
Aerosmith will return to the stage together for California, Dream On: Aerosmith & Friends, a two-night concert celebration at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on October 29 and November 1, 2026. Announced by Live Nation-Hewitt Silva and Blackbird Presents, the event will bring the band together with guests from across rock, country, hip-hop and alternative music to celebrate its catalog and more than five decades of performing.
The lineup includes The Black Crowes, RUN DMC, Heart, Eric Church, Billy Idol, Sammy Hagar, Tom Morello and Marcus King, with Don Was serving as music director. Other announced performers include Andrew Watt, Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, Guns N’ Roses members Slash and Duff McKagan, Alice in Chains members Jerry Cantrell and Mike Inez, Extreme’s Nuno Bettencourt, Train’s Pat Monahan and Godsmack’s Sully Erna. Steve Stevens, Adam Wakeman, Audley Freed and Kenny Aronoff are also on the bill.
Organizers say the roster includes artists who have previously performed or recorded with Aerosmith, alongside musicians who cite the band as an influence. More artists, special guests and surprise appearances are planned, with further announcements expected in the weeks ahead. The lineup will differ between the two concerts, and final nightly lineups will be announced at or near showtime. All lineups are subject to change.
Aerosmith’s honors include four Grammy Awards, induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and recognition as MusiCares Person of the Year.
