Grammy Awards 2019: Read The Complete List Of Nominations

The nominees for the 2019 Grammy Awards have been announced. Nominations for the 61st annual event were announced by the recording academy in three stages today. Nominees in the top four general field categories were unveiled on CBS This Morning. The contenders in more races were then revealed on Apple Music before the complete list of nominees in dozens of categories was posted on the official Grammy Awards website.

The nominations announcement had been scheduled for Wednesday but was pushed back two days due to the scheduled memorial services for President George H.W. Bush.

This year’s winners will be revealed on 10 February in a two-part ceremony at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The majority of the awards will be handed out in a non-televised event, the Premiere Ceremony, that afternoon. The televised portion of the Grammy Awards will begin on CBS at 4:30 p.m. PT/7:30 p.m. ET. Expect that 3.5 hour telecast to be dominated by musical performances with about 10 presentations of prizes.

Also in Grammy Awards news, The Recording Academy and Republic Records are set to release a 2019 Grammy Nominees Album on 25 January 2019.
