Brothers Osborne To Play At Detroit Lions 80th Thanksgiving Day Classic

EMI Nashville duo Brothers Osborne are to perform live at half-time during the Detroit Lions 80th Thanksgiving Day Classic on Thursday 28 November. The performance will be televised as part of Fox’s coverage of the game, starting at 12:30pm ET/9:30am PT.
Brothers Osborne recently released the next chapter in their remarkable success story of recent years in the Live At The Ryman album, recorded during their sellout three-night stand at Nashville’s famous “mother church of country music.” The album features live renditions of the band’s platinum-certified hits including ‘Stay A Little Longer’ and ‘It Ain’t My Fault,’ from the gold-certified debut album Pawn Shop. It also includes standouts from their acclaimed follow-up set Port Saint Joe, such as ‘Weed, Whiskey And Willie,’ ‘Tequila Again; and ‘I Don’t Remember Me (Before You)’.

The duo also have a big awards month in store. They’re nominated in multiple categories at the 53rd Annual CMA Awards, shortlisted once again as Vocal Duo of the Year, which they’ve won three times in succession; nominated for Single of the Year and Music Video of the Year for their collaboration with Dierks Bentley, ‘Burning Man’; and for Musical Event of the Year for ‘All My Favourite People,’ with Maren Morris. Brothers Osborne have four CMA and five ACM Awards to their name and have been nominated for Grammys five times.
John and TJ Osborne were recently announced as the next recipients of the ASCAP Vanguard Award, to be presented at the upcoming ASCAP Country Music Awards on 11 November. They have just completed the All American Road Show with Chris Stapleton and will be at Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta on 17 November as part of ATLive with Eric Church and Luke Combs. The duo also recently played on PBS’ Bluegrass Underground at the Caverns in Pelham, TN.
