EST Gee Releases New Single ‘Sometimes’ With Video
The John Gotitt-produced track arrives ahead of his fall Bigger Than The Devil Tour.
EST Gee has released a new single, “Sometimes,” via CMG/Interscope Records, alongside an official music video. The song arrives ahead of Gee’s Bigger Than The Devil Tour, which begins October 14 in Amsterdam and concludes October 30 in Manchester, England. “Sometimes” focuses on the choices available to Gee as he moves through relationships, money, status, and street life.

Longtime collaborator John Gotitt produced the track, building it from metallic keys, tolling bells, low bass, and horns while Gee uses a slower flow that leaves space around the recurring “Sometimes…” refrain. His verses shift between different scenarios, returning to the title phrase as the record’s central device. The accompanying video translates that setup into a series of locations, following Gee through high-end shops, crowded clubs, and a suite.
The release follows last month’s “Call Spitta,” which was produced by John Gotitt with Payday and Yung Dza. That track also centers on Gee’s control of his circumstances, with the hook including the line, “Y’all did it flawed when it was y’all’s — now it’s our turn.”
In 2025, Gee closed the year with the single “Supreme Sanders” after releasing the surprise summer project My World. The 14-song My World kept guest appearances to one, with CMG head Yo Gotti joining Gee on the project, and it received coverage from XXL, NPR, Okayplayer, VIBE, and HotNewHipHop. Gee also recently linked with CMG affiliate 42 Dugg on “No Fakin.”
