Bo Staloch Releases New Single ‘Hers’ From Upcoming EP
The new single arrives as Staloch prepares for a North American headlining tour beginning in February.
Bo Staloch has released “Hers,” a new single from his forthcoming EP Too Big, Too Big. The eight-song project is due November 6 via Capitol Records, while “Hers” arrives today as the Austin-born, Nashville-based singer-songwriter prepares to perform at Austin City Limits Music Festival.
“Hers” centers on a friendship that develops into a romantic relationship before giving way to uncertainty and hurt. Staloch reunited with producer Brad Cook, whose credits include Mavis Staples, Waxahatchee and Bon Iver, for the track. Cook also worked across Too Big, Too Big, which was written and recorded over several months at his Puff City home studio in Durham, North Carolina. The sessions included Phil Cook of Megafaun, Twin Peaks guitarist Colin Croom, Hippo Campus guitarist Nathan Stocker, Bon Iver drummer Matt McCaughan and Mipso violinist Libby Rodenbough.

The 21-year-old Staloch is scheduled to play Austin City Limits Music Festival tonight and return for the festival’s second weekend on October 9. His Too Big, Too Big North American headlining tour will begin February 3 in Nashville and run through March 27 in Houston, with stops including Atlanta, New York, Toronto, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
The forthcoming EP also includes the previously released singles “I Won’t Be There Waiting For You,” “Masks” and “From a Different Age.” Its songs draw on Staloch’s observations, stories about people he knows and fictional characters, with subjects including young relationships, changing friendships and periods of transition. Staloch’s recent activity follows a 2025 run that included touring with John Vincent III, Houndmouth and Ashe, opening for Zach Bryan at London’s Hyde Park and making his Lollapalooza debut.
