Trace Adkins has released Dreamin’ Out Loud: 30th Anniversary, bringing his debut album to vinyl for the first time. Available on vinyl and CD through Capitol Records Nashville/UMe, the edition pairs the original 10 tracks with a bonus live recording of “Every Light In The House,” captured in Nashville in 2021.

Originally released in June 1996, Dreamin’ Out Loud introduced Adkins with “There’s A Girl In Texas,” which reached the Top 20 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart. The album also produced his first No. 1 single, “(This Ain’t) No Thinkin’ Thing.” “Every Light In The House” reached the chart’s Top 3 and earned Gold certification, while “I Left Something Turned On At Home” peaked at No. 2.

Scott Hendricks, whose production credits include Alan Jackson and Brooks & Dunn, produced the album. Dreamin’ Out Loud reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Heatseekers Albums chart and the Top 10 on Top Country Albums, and earned Platinum certification. Adkins subsequently won Top New Male Vocalist at the following year’s Academy of Country Music Awards.

The vinyl edition divides the expanded tracklist across two sides. Side A opens with “There’s A Girl In Texas” and closes with the title track. Side B begins with “If I Fall (You’re Goin’ With Me)” and includes “It Was You,” “I Can Only Love You Like A Man,” “634-5789,” and “A Bad Way Of Saying Goodbye” before the live bonus track.

The release arrives during the closing stretch of the Trace Adkins 30th Anniversary Tour, which began in January and was later extended. Adkins will play Boots on the Bayou in Gonzales, Louisiana, on October 24. The tour’s final stops are Effingham Performance Center in Effingham, Illinois, on November 5; Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky, on November 6; and Veterans Memorial Civic & Conference Center in Lima, Ohio, on November 7.
