On “christmas dream,” aron! sings about yearning for the chance to spend the holidays with a favorite person. The single is one of the new original songs on the collection.
The announcement follows aron!’s debut album, Too Close For Running, released last month. Across 12 tracks, the record draws on aron!’s experiences attending college, moving to New York City to pursue music, falling in love, and finding a sense of direction along the way. Singer-songwriter dodie, whom aron! has long cited as a creative inspiration, appears on “Call When You Can.” Mei Semones, an indie-pop jazz artist, features on “Macramé.” While the album uses those experiences for a coming-of-age narrative, the EP centers on the holiday season.
aron! is scheduled to open for Lawrence at a special show next week. Dates supporting Mei Semones are planned for early 2027.
