The 'S&M2' events feature Metallica teaming with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra for two special live shows on 6 and 8 September.
The final donation came on 25 August, when the band donated a €63,000 cheque to Freezone Mannheim, a German homeless youth aid group.
The band the donation ahead of their sold-out show Wednesday in Romania’s National Arena, through their All Within My Hands Foundation.
Metallica say: “As the WorldWired tour hits the last leg in Europe, there are still so many places left to visit… South America, you’re up first in 2020!"

The tour follows Ghost's special guest slot on the European leg of Metallica's 'WorldWired' tour during the summer.
