Physical editions include a two-disc Blu-ray and CD package, a 2LP vinyl edition and a two-disc Blu-ray collection with limited colored-vinyl variants. Grey splatter vinyl is available through Osbourne’s store, purple splatter through Black Sabbath’s store, and metallic vinyl at specialty and independent shops. A deluxe box set, with an expanded music collection and memorabilia, is also available to pre-order ahead of its April 2027 release. It includes a bonus HD Blu-ray with all 35 Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath songs and covers performed by special guests.
The July 5, 2025, concert at Birmingham’s Villa Park was Osbourne’s final performance, 17 days before his death, and reunited the original Black Sabbath lineup of Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward for its first performance together in more than 20 years. More than three million requests were made for the 44,000 available tickets. The bill included Alice in Chains, Metallica, Guns N’ Roses and other acts, with Jason Momoa hosting and Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello serving as musical director.
The three-and-a-half-hour Blu-ray includes highlights from the concert, plus Jack Black performing “Mr. Crowley” and Fred Durst performing “Changes.” Bonus features include a behind-the-scenes featurette, video tributes featuring artists including Dolly Parton and AC/DC, and the documentary Sounds of Birmingham. Ben Wainwright-Pearce directed the film, with Tim van Someren directing the live concert. Mercury Studios produced the film, and Trafalgar Releasing brought it to cinemas worldwide.
