Mike WiLL Made-It has shared the second single from his original motion picture soundtrack for Creed II. It’s ‘Mantra’ by multi-Grammy Award-winning artists Kendrick Lamar and Pharrell Williams and you can hear it below.
Creed II, the latest installment in the legendary Rocky saga – starring Michael B. Jordan and Sylvester Stallone – and it will be distributed theatrically in the U.S. by Metro Goldwyn Mayer Pictures (MGM) on 21 November, while Warner Bros. Pictures will distribute the film internationally. As previously announced, Grammy Award-winning producer/songwriter Mike WiLL Made-It is the executive producer for the Creed II soundtrack.
Creed II arrives as the sequel to the Academy Award-nominated Creed, a 2015 release directed by Black Panther’s Ryan Coogler. Creed II also stars Florian “Big Nasty” Munteanu, Tessa Thompson, Dolph Lundgren, and Phylicia Rashad.

November 2 marked the premiere of the lead single from the Creed II soundtrack, ‘Kill ’Em With Success’ by Mike WiLL Made-It, ScHoolboy Q, 2 Chainz & Eearz. The star-studded track was praised as a “powerhouse banger” by XXL Mag.
Mike WiLL’s previous collaborations with Lamar include ‘HUMBLE’, the seven times platinum lead single from Lamar’s Pulitzer Prize-winning 2017 album DAMN. ‘HUMBLE’ hit No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and won the Best Rap Performance, Best Rap Song, and Best Music Video prizes at the 2018 Grammy Awards.
Born in 1989 in Atlanta, Mike WiLL Made-It began making beats at age 14 and soon found his first production client in Gucci Mane. In 2006, he founded EarDrummers Entertainment, then later established Ear Drummer Records (a label and production company known for signing breakout hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd).
