Noah Kahan Announces ‘Draw You Out’ for ‘Hunger Games’ Soundtrack
The Aaron Dessner collaboration leads ‘The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping’ soundtrack, due November 13.
Noah Kahan has announced “Draw You Out,” the lead single from The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping (The Album). The song will be released October 2, ahead of the soundtrack’s November 13 arrival via MCA and the film’s theatrical release on November 20, 2026.
Kahan reunited with producer Aaron Dessner for the song, which the pair co-wrote and co-produced. Recording took place at Long Pond Studio in New York and at Gold Pacific Studios and East Iris Studios in Nashville. Written specifically for and inspired by The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping, “Draw You Out” is part of a soundtrack featuring previously unreleased music created for the film. The album is executive produced by Dave Cobb and brings together 29 artists from across genres.
The track follows a period of major activity for Kahan. His fourth studio album, The Great Divide, was produced by Gabe Simon alongside Dessner and debuted at No. 1 in the U.S. and other markets. According to a press release, it held the top spot in the U.S. for three consecutive weeks and has received RIAA Platinum certification. Kahan is currently supporting the record on The Great Divide World Tour, which included stadium dates across North America this summer and continues with arena shows in the U.K., Europe, Australia and New Zealand this fall.
Kahan’s previous album, 2022’s Stick Season, marked his commercial breakthrough. The album has been certified 4x Platinum by the RIAA, while its title track has reached 8x Platinum status. His wider career totals include nearly 20 billion global streams, 19 million global album sales and more than two million concert tickets sold, alongside two Grammy nominations. He also founded The Busyhead Project in 2023; the mental health nonprofit has raised $13 million to date. The Great Divide was released alongside the Netflix documentary Noah Kahan: Out of Body, which received the 24 Beats Per Second Audience Award at the 2026 SXSW Film Festival.
