TOMORA Announces Five-Track ‘Celebration’ EP
The title track is out now, with vinyl and CD editions following on November 27.
TOMORA, the collaboration between AURORA and The Chemical Brothers’ Tom Rowlands, has announced Celebration, a five-track EP due digitally October 16 via Capitol Records and physically November 27 on standard black vinyl, marbled vinyl and CD. The duo has also released the title track, “Celebration,” and announced its first East Coast headline show, set for March 24, 2027 at Brooklyn Paramount in New York.
Recorded at RAR Studios in Sussex, Celebration includes two different versions of its title track as well as the previously released 10-minute version of “In a Minute,” an expanded take on a song from TOMORA’s debut album, Come Closer. The new single pairs AURORA’s vocals with a driving electronic arrangement and steadily building production. The duo described the EP in terms of ritual, recognition and shared experience: “Celebration is a privilege. Celebration is a person. Celebration is a funeral and celebration is a ritual. It’s human nature. And it’s a human need. We should all be celebrated, as real human beings.”
The EP follows Come Closer, TOMORA’s 12-track debut album, which was released in April 2026. The collaboration developed from AURORA and Rowlands’ earlier work together on The Chemical Brothers’ 2019 album No Geography, on which AURORA appeared on three tracks, including “Eve of Destruction.” Rowlands later contributed to AURORA’s 2024 album What Happened to the Heart?.
TOMORA played a series of intimate live shows earlier in 2026 before appearing at festivals including Coachella and Fuji Rock over the summer. The newly announced Brooklyn Paramount date will follow further performances across Asia, the UK and Europe, with the project’s touring schedule continuing into North America in spring 2027.
