Stray Kids Become First Act In History To Have Seven Billboard 200 Entries Debut At No.1
The band achieved the feat thanks to their most recent album, ‘KARMA’.

Stray Kids continue to break longstanding musical records. This time, their latest album KARMA debuted at No.1 on the Billboard 200 and across global charts, which makes the k-pop band the first act in history to have their first seven Billboard 200 entries debut at No.1.
Additionally, the group has now broken the record for the most No.1 albums on the Billboard 200 by any K-Pop act of all time. Released on August 22 via JYP Entertainment/IMPERIAL/Republic Records, KARMA sold 313,000 units in the U.S. during the first week and soared to the top of the U.S. charts as the third highest album debut of 2025.
Globally, KARMA topped charts around the world as well, debuting at No.1 on the album charts in France, Germany, and Belgium, and Top 5 in Australia.
KARMA arrives on the heels of Stray Kids’ celebrated world tour, Stray Kids World Tour , which saw the group perform 54 shows across 34 regions worldwide over the past year.
Notably, out of the 34 venues on their world tour, Stray Kids performed in 27 stadiums for the first time. Among these 27 stadiums, they set various record firsts, largest audiences, and highest numbers at 13 venues, which accounts for half of the stadium performances. Stray Kids became the first K-Pop artists to perform at stadiums in São Paulo; North American cities including Seattle, Orlando, Washington D.C., Chicago, and Toronto; and European cities including Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, and Rome.
KARMA also follows Stray Kids’ Gold-Certified No.1 album HOP, which solidified Stray Kids as the K-Pop artist with the most RIAA Gold Album Certifications in history.
The 11-track KARMA album is a story about destiny told in Stray Kids’ own unique way—connecting their past, present, and future. All of the tracks on the album are produced by the group’s production team, 3RACHA, who have built a unique musical universe and narrative of their own.
Beginning with their 2022 mini-album ODDINARY, Stray Kids have consecutively topped the Billboard 200 Chart with MAXIDENT, ★★★★★ (5-STAR), 樂-STAR (ROCK-STAR), ATE, HOP, and now KARMA, marking a historic first in the chart’s 69-year history.
