Smith co-wrote “My Guy” with Feist, Simon Aldred and Shahzad Ismaily. The song first appeared with a music video in June. The new live video captures the singers’ performance last month at the Coliseum, where Lusk made a surprise appearance during Smith’s To Be Free global residency. Lusk, formerly the lead singer of Gabriels, has also collaborated with Honey Dijon and performed with Moby at Coachella.

The duet follows Smith’s recent performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where Smith and The TwoCity Chorus performed “Oh Mother,” another song from Hazel Eyes. The album was co-produced by Smith, Aldred and David Odlum, and draws on baroque pop, British folk, outlaw country and R&B. Its songs range from “Constant Companion,” a narrative about enduring love, to “When He’s Gone,” which explores the fear of losing a partner, and “To Be Free,” a soulful closing track.
