Alan Jackson Speeds Into 2018 On ‘Honky Tonk Highway’

Published on

After a year of sellout shows, country superstar Alan Jackson’s Honky Tonk Highway tour heads back on the road next Friday (19 January) with an impressive line-up of guest artists.

Dates begin at the Rupp Arena with opening act Lauren Alaina, who plays the first two shows before the trio Runaway June take over. Randy Houser opens for most of the remaining shows that have been announced, with the exception of an August date in Gilford, New Hampshire with Jackson’s longtime collaborator Lee Ann Womack.

With career sales of some 60 million albums, Jackson was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame last October, coinciding with the release of his new track, the reflective ‘The Older I Get.’

The Honky Tonk Highway tour will see Jackson performing such trademark hits as ‘Here in The Real World,’ ‘Chattahoochee,’ ‘Drive,’  ‘Gone Country,’ ‘It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere’ and ‘Good Time.’ More information about the 2018 tour is available at alanjackson.com.
