Dylan Scott, Caylee Hammack, and Runaway June, plus DJ Rock, will all guest on the twice-postponed tour.
The feature serves as a reunion of the artists that Underwood brought together on her 'Cry Pretty Tour 360' last year.
The series began with a guest appearance by Lindsay Ell, with Ashley McBryde and Runaway June to come.
The album had been scheduled by Capitol Nashville for 24 April. It will now be out on 7 August with the tour starting on 10 July.
The country superstar has also launched a contest inviting fans to win the chance to perform the rap from 'The Champion' on the tour.
Underwood's sixth studio release is being hailed as one of the most imaginative records of her stellar career.
After a year of sellout shows, country superstar Alan Jackson's Honky Tonk Highway tour heads back on the road on 19 January 2018.
