The result is a skin-crawling and sonically unnerving track that is a testament to the pair’s collaborative ability,  creating an addictive anarchistic track for 2021. Enjoying an impressive 1.2 million views in 5 hours, the current views total stands at 3 million and the music video depicts MGK donning neon blue hair as he discusses themes of anger and mental health.

Esports personality and 100 Thieves creator Valkyrae plays the role of CORPSE, who prefers to remain faceless in their work. According to Valkyrae, MGK specifically requested her to play the role of CORPSE in the clip and the result is phenomenal and has fans crossing their fingers for more collaborations between MGK and, a Valkyrae portrayed, CORPSE.

Discussing his plans for future music, MGK has promised to keep fans on their toes, with upcoming ideas that are set to “Break the mold of everything I just did… and p_s people off all over again!”

The latest release in the musician’s stint in the rock genre, “DAYWALKER!” arrives after the success of his fifth studio album Tickets To My Downfall in 2020, which marked the departure from his iconic rap sound to a more punk rock-inspired expression. The album, which debuted at No. 1 on the US Billboard 200, was both a critical and commercial success.

Meanwhile, MGK is continuing to expand on his growing work as an actor. Starring alongside his daughter Casie Colson Baker in the film One Way, MGK is also set to appear in the crime thriller Midnight in the Switchgrass alongside Emile Hirsch.
