Reba McEntire Shares ‘Ring Ring’ Music Video
The country superstar uses her charm to hatch an escape plan in the visual for the title track off her latest EP.
Reba McEntire has shared a new music video for “Ring Ring,” the title track of her fourth music capsule. In the clip, the country superstar uses her charm to hatch an escape plan while trapped behind bars. The Ring Ring EP is out now via MCA.
Written by Kellie Pickler, Bob DiPiero, and Karyn Rochelle, the Dave Cobb-produced number is the centerpiece of a batch of telephone-themed songs spanning her 50-year career. The Ring Ring EP also includes “It’s Your Call,” the title track of her 1992 album; “Long Distance Lover” from 1980; “She’s Callin’ It Love” off the 1996 album What If It’s You; and “Why Haven’t I Heard From You,” the lead single off 1994’s Read My Mind.

McEntire has been sharing a capsule collection each month during her 50-year career celebration. Each set pairs a newly recorded song with carefully selected tracks that span five legendary decades. Previously released thematic capsule EPs include One Night In Tulsa, Hurt Like That, and Ain’t Gonna Keep It Waitin’. Each music capsule comes with a tailored playlist uilt around moments, milestones, and songs from McEntire’s career.
Recently, McEntire shared two never-before-heard songs from her Broadway run in Annie Get Your Gun. The tracks, “You Can’t Get A Man With A Gun” and “I Got Lost In His Arms,” are part of Reba McEntire: Songs from Annie Get Your Gun, released 25 years after McEntire took her final bow in the Irving Berlin musical.
The Country Music Hall of Fame and Hollywood Bowl member was also selected for the National Recording Registry’s class of 2026 for Rumor Has It. McEntire’s career includes 35 No. 1 singles, more than 58 million albums sold worldwide, and 60 Top 10 hits on the Billboard Country Airplay chart. In television, she appears in Happy’s Place, which has been renewed for a third season.
