Grace Jones’ Nightclubbing Re-Mastered

Following on from her return in 2008 the imitable Grace Jones is re-releasing a version of her classic LP Nightclubbing in time for Record Store Day. Re-mastered from the original analogue tapes, it also includes a bundle of bonus 12″ mixes and B-sides. For RSD treasure seekers there’s also an exclusive 12 of an unreleased cover of ‘Me! I Disconnect From You’ by Gary Numan’s band Tubeway Army.

Ms Jones’ is also said to be penning her memoirs as we go to press. Due out on Gallery Books next autumn it’s likely that Andy Warhol, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Nile Rodgers, Jerry Hall and Jessica Lange will be among the glitterati featured.
