Demi Lovato has announced her first ever UK tour, which is set to take place in June 2018.
From Sunday 10 June until Saturday 16, she will play four dates in London, Birmingham, Glasgow and Manchester, as part of a full European tour throughout May and June 2018. Tickets are due to go on sale on Friday, 16 February.
Lovato has never before toured the UK in her 10-year solo career, aside from support slots with Enrique Iglesias and The Jonas Brothers and various standalone solo dates.
The American singer’s sixth studio album Tell Me You Love Me was released in September, featuring the singles ‘Sorry Not Sorry’, ‘You Don’t Do It For Me Anymore’ and ‘Sexy Dirty Love’. The album hit number three on the USA’s Billboard 200 chart, and number five in the Official UK album chart.
She has since released a single with ‘Despacito’ hit maker Luis Fonsi, called ‘Échame La Culpa’, and over the weekend she and Q-Tip shared their cover of Elton John and Kiki Dee’s ‘Don’t Go Breaking My Heart’, via Q-Tip’s Beats 1 radio show, Abstract Radio.
Prior to arriving in the UK, Demi Lovato will be embarking on the North American leg of her Tell Me You Love Me tour. Her extensive US trek includes 38 dates (including a number of VIP Experiences) and kicks off in San Diego, California, on 26 February. Lovato’s UK dates are in the middle of a comprehensive European itinerary which begins with a show at the Lotto Arena in Antwerp, Belgium, on 29 May.
After completing her run of UK shows, Lovato will complete her tour with shows in Amsterdam, Barcelona and Madrid before finishing up with a date at the Unipol Arena in Bologna, Italy.
Demi Lovato will play the following UK shows:
Sunday 10 June: O2 Arena, London
Tuesday 12 June: Arena, Birmingham
