The footage will premiere at 8pm (BST) on YouTube this Saturday, 9 May. This will mean everyone watching will see it all at the same time. Fans across the world are able to join each other digitally and connect with the live concert. You can check the show out here from 8pm BST time tonight.

In addition to ‘Live From Your Sofa,’ OMD will be reissuing new merchandise and will be selling exclusive items an hour before the event on Saturday, 9 May at 7PM (BST.)

Last year OMD released their 40th anniversary box set, Souvenir. The special box set is comprised of 5 CD’s and 2 DVDs in a 10″ box set. This limited edition career box set comprises of 5CD and 2DVDs housed in a 10” box, together with a hardback book, a poster and a series of 10” prints. The audio discs include all the band’s singles from the band’s legendary 1979 debut ‘Electricity’ to ‘What Have We Done’, as well as a brand new single ‘Don’t Go.’ There is also a previously unreleased live show from the ‘Dazzle Ships’ Tour from the Hammersmith Odeon in 1983; 22 previously unreleased tracks from the archive which have been selected and mixed by Paul Humphreys and an entire live show from the ‘History of Modern Tour’ recorded at the Mermaid Theatre in 2011.

One of the DVDs contains BBC TV performances from Top Of The Pops, Old Grey Whistle Test, Later With Jools Holland and more. The other contains a live show from the ‘Crush’ Tour at Sheffield City Hall in 1985, another live show from the ‘Architecture & Morality’ Tour at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane in 1981, as well as Crush – The Movie. The book contains unseen photos, single sleeve artwork; an introduction by Paul Morley and sleeve notes to accompany the archive material by Andy McCluskey.
