Sheryl Crow Announces Two Virtual Home Concerts

Sheryl Crow will be treating her fans to two live performances this month, in a series dubbed “Songs From the Big Green Barn.” The ticketed shows, filmed from her Nashville home, will offer two distinct sets. The first “Outside” performance, taking place on September 18 at 9:00 pm EST, will offer an electric set with a full band. The stripped-down “Inside” performance, on September 19 at 1:00 pm EST, will also include members of Crow’s touring band, but in an intimate, acoustic setting.

Obviously with COVID, we haven’t been able to tour this year. We put a lot of thought into how to make these shows unique, and to reach people around the world in countries that we haven’t played for in a long time, perhaps ever. The two shows are going to be very different! September 18th’s “Outside” performance, airing at 9PM ET, will be a fully electric outdoor show featuring members of my incredible band. The “Inside” show, broadcast on Saturday September 19th at 1PM ET, will be a stripped down acoustic set (also featuring members of my band). The song selection will vary across both shows and include my hits, deep tracks, and your favorites – please submit your song requests below 👇 and we just might play yours! You can watch the concerts from anywhere in the world – they will be broadcast in high quality audio and video, and are viewable on both computers and mobile devices. No special software is required to view the concerts (a high speed mobile or internet connection is recommended for the best experience). Tickets for each performance are available for $19.99, and we put together a bundle ticket combo to both shows for the discounted price of $34.99 (until day of show). If you can’t watch the shows live, don’t worry – ticket holders can watch the shows for two weeks after broadcast on demand! Tickets for Songs from the Big Green Barn can be purchased here – either for an individual show ($19.99 each) or as a discounted bundle ($34.99). Limited-edition merch is also available.

“I’m really excited to bring fans inside the Big Green Barn for this pair of shows, they’re going to be special,” said Crow in a statement. “Obviously with COVID, we haven’t been able to tour this year. We put a lot of thought into how to make these shows unique, and to reach people around the world in countries that we haven’t played for in a long time, perhaps ever.”

She added that “the song selection will vary across both shows and include my hits, deep tracks, and your favorites.” Fans are encouraged to submit requests via Crow’s website.

Last week, Crow released an impassioned new single, “In The End.” The song, which finds Crow taking aim at America’s political and corporate establishment, can be found as a secret B-side on Crow’s limited-edition 7” “Woman in the White House” – a hard-stomping, guitar-driven update of her 2012 song.

Crow also recently appeared on the CW special, Women In Film Presents: Make It Work! The star-filled variety show explored the issues and solutions for getting women back to work in the entertainment industry, and benefitted the Hire Her Back campaign – a call for industry-wide action to rebuild a workforce that hires women and people of color equitably.
