Callista Clark and Sacha will also perform at each stop of the 16-city tour.
Guyton’s highly anticipated new album, ‘Remember Her Name,’ is out tomorrow (September 24).
They will be honored during the live event on October 13 at 9 p.m. ET/ 8 p.m. CST from the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville.
Stars set to appear include Garth Brooks, George Strait, and more.
The full concert airs this Friday, March 26.
Out March 19, the film chronicles the country band’s earliest days together, while the album features never-before-heard songs.
The show will feature interviews with the star and contributions from Darius Rucker, Loretta Lynn, Shania Twain, and more.
The show has effectively swapped places with the CMT Music Awards, normally a June fixture but recently moved to 14 October.
Other stars covering the country hero's work included Dolly Parton, Lionel Richie, Michael McDonald and Jennifer Nettles.
Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Bryan, Kelly Clarkson, Sam Hunt and Blake Shelton are also slated to take to the stage.
