The film will hit theaters from April 19-25 in celebration of the holiday. For anyone not wanting to go to their local cinema, the movie is currently streaming on Paramount+.
The movie is highlighted by its tremendous soundtrack, which is drawn from several of the albums that launched Marley to stardom: Catch a Fire (1973), Burnin’ (1973), Rastaman Vibration (1976), Exodus (1977), Kaya (1978), and Uprising (1980).
A number of the songs are recognizable as featuring prominently on the multiplatinum 1984 hits compilation Legend.
