‘Can’t Believe The Way We Flow’ is one of Assume Form’s most strikingly uplifting and romantic moments as James delicately explores the power of intimacy in a relationship that continues to grow.  The accompanying video – directed by Frank Lebon (who recently directed the much talked about A$AP Sundress video) – vividly extends on the song’s central theme and celebrates various bonds of affection between couples from all walks of life and in all different situations.

Blake’s fourth studio album, Assume Form was released on 18 January 2019 by Polydor Records and features contributions from Travis Scott, Moses Sumney, Rosalía, and André 3000, as well as contributions from producer Metro Boomin. It debuted at No.21 on the Billboard 200 and number one on the Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart in North America. The album became Blake’s highest charting album on Billboard, while the record also earned Blake his highest charting album in the United Kingdom, reaching No. 6.

Additionally, Assume Form has yielded some of the most positive critiques of Blake’s career to date. Notices such as “Proof that James Blake is one of the world’s greatest producers. ‘Assume Form’ is a stunning document of breaking through depression. A masterstroke” (NME); “This is festival-headline worthy, but for the body, not just the brain. I’m going to be listening to it all year” (GQ); “A Revelation. Blake reveals himself to be an artist at the peak of his powers.” (Q Magazine) are just a sample of the rave reviews that greeted the release of the album.

James Blake is currently touring in support of Assume Form, with the current European leg of the tour set to conclude at the Electric Picnic, in Laois, Ireland, 30 August. Please visit the artist’s official website for further information about all Blake’s 2019 dates.
