The Kooks Expand ‘Inside In/Inside Out’ Anniversary UK And Ireland Tour

Indie rockers The Kooks have expanded their upcoming Inside In/Inside Out tour in support of the 15 year anniversary of the band’s debut album. The new 15-date trek spans venues across the UK and Ireland.

“After this long hibernation we are so excited to finally announce a tour in 2022 to celebrate 15 years of our first record ‘Inside In/Inside Out’,” The Kooks frontman Luke Pritchard said. “We wanted to play all the songs from the album, along with some fan favorites spanning our entire career, as a thank you to our fans for all the love that’s kept the album alive, growing and finding new ears since we put it out in the noughties.”

Released in 2006, Inside In/Inside Out was the first full-length introduction to The Kooks, who had emerged only a year prior. The album, which has sold more than 2 million copies in the UK where it is certified 5x platinum, featured the band’s biggest hit “Naïve.”

“We are so excited to get playing again and can’t wait for a bit of a nostalgia trip,” Pritchard said. “Get your tickets and come party with us!”

The new tour dates include shows in Dublin, Birmingham, Glasgow, and Manchester. The tour will kick off in January 2022 at Dublin, Ireland’s Olympia Theatre, and wrap up the following month at London’s O2 Academy Brixton.
