Lauryn Hill, Eve, And Nelly Set To Perform At The Lovers And Friends Festival
The festival is scheduled for May 14 in Las Vegas.
The Lovers & Friends Festival, presented by Live Nation, Snoop Dogg, and Bobby Dee, will take place at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds Saturday, May 14, 2022.
As one of the world’s largest R&B and Hip-Hop festivals, Lovers & Friends will treat fans to rare, blast-from-the-past performances from legendary artists including Usher, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Ciara, Ludacris, Ashanti, TLC, Trey Songz and many others.
The full festival lineup is: Ms. Lauryn Hill, Usher, Ludacris, Lil Jon, TLC, Ciara, Ashanti, Ja Rule, Trey Songz, Brandy, Monica, Nelly, Akon, Sean Paul, T-Pain, Lil Kim, Boyz II Men, Xscape, Timbaland, Fabolous, Jodeci, Keith Sweat, Ginuwine, Eve, Cassie, Fat Joe, The-Dream, Ma$e, Twista, Sean Kingston, SWV, Mya, Cam’ron, Trick Daddy, Pretty Ricky, Dru Hill, Next, 112, Joe, Donnell Jones, Foxy Brown, Trina, Tweet, Amerie, Kelis, Ying Yang Twins, Mike Jones, Montell Jordan, Nina Sky, Jon B, Baby Bash, Frankie J, Mark Morrison and Kevin Lyttle, with sounds by Soulection.
GA tickets start at $175 and VIP tickets start at $300. Cabanas, which include tables of eight, will also be available for $10,000. There will be a special presale beginning Monday, August 2 at 10 a.m. PT for guests who sign up for early access to passes.
Eve will be following up a rousing Verzuz battle against Trina. Eve had plenty of reasons to celebrate a Verzuz battle, which came on the heels of the 20th anniversary of her seminal album, Scorpion. “It’s crazy it’s been 20 years since Scorpion dropped!” shared Eve. “I remember the whole process of putting that album together, so many great moments and working with amazing artists and producers and of course winning a Grammy! And tracks that have lasted the test of time musically…Perfect time for a re-release.”
The deluxe edition, which dropped April 16, also includes four previous remixes of her signature tracks including “Who’s That Girl?” and “Let Me Blow Ya Mind.”
