Questlove And Prince’s Estate Announce Tribute Tour, ‘4U: A Symphonic Celebration of Prince’

The tour will feature the Wolf Trap Orchestra a live band and several vocalists who will perform deep cuts and classics from Prince’s fabled catalogue.

With Prince’s first posthumous album currently in the works, the legendary singer’s estate has just announced a new partnership with Roots drummer Questlove that will see the Purple One’s catalogue transformed into a full-fledged orchestral tour. According to Rolling Stone, the concerts are likely to feature the Wolf Trap Orchestra, a live band and several vocalists who will perform deep cuts and classics from Prince’s fabled catalogue.

Set to kick off this fall, the 4U: A Symphonic Celebration of Prince tour will be curated by Questlove himself and make stops in Washington D.C., Atlanta, Brooklyn, Nashville, Chicago, Orlando, Dallas, Houston and more before wrapping up in Kansas City on 21 October.
