Ludovico Einaudi’s ‘In A Time Lapse Reimagined’ Set For July Release
The new version of Einaudi’s acclaimed ‘In A Time Lapse’ will be released on 19 July to celebrate the original album’s tenth anniversary.
The 2013 album In A Time Lapse is Ludivico Einaudi’s most successful album and contains his most popular piece of music “Experience.” The numbers speak for themselves, with over 6.5m album adjusted units; 21B streams and 200K units of physical copies sold.

In December 2023, to mark the 10 year anniversary of this extraordinary album, Einaudi performed “In A Time Lapse Reimagined” to sold out audiences in Milan. The artist was so happy with the response that it was decided to release a special limited edition recording of it along with a digital album of the key tracks. In A Time Lapse Reimagined will be available from July 19 and you can hear “Waterways” from it below.
The new release will be available in time for this summer’s concerts of In A Time Lapse Reimagined and provide us with another opportunity to keep the key tracks performing strongly on streaming platforms.
The release of In A Time Lapse Reimagined will follow on from the reissue of the renowned Italian pianist and composer’s widely-acclaimed album Una Mattina, which will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a new edition on June 28 through Decca Records.
This seminal title will be returning in beautiful marble and white gatefold vinyl editions. The album contains two of Einaudi’s most streamed and beloved tracks – “Una Mattina” and “Nuvole Bianche.” First released through Sony Classical in 2004, Una Mattina was recorded at the Piccolo Theater in Milan. It brought Einaudi’s music to the masses and contained some of his most synchronised songs to date. It was also extremely successful in Europe, receiving gold or silver certifications in Germany, Italy and the U.K.
