Def Leppard To Receive Star On Hollywood Walk Of Fame
The ceremony is set for October 9 in front of the Capitol Records building.

Def Leppard will be honored with the 2,825th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Tuesday, October 9 at 11:30 am PT at 1750 N. Vine Street in front of the historic Capitol Records building.
Def Leppard will receive their star in the category of Recording. The group will be joined by emcee and Sirius XM radio personality Bob Buchmann; Jon Bon Jovi; and Bruce Resnikoff, the President and CEO of UMe.
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce administers the legendary Walk of Fame for the City of Los Angeles and has proudly hosted the globally iconic star ceremonies for decades. Millions of people from the city and around the world have visited this cultural landmark since 1960.
The band’s star marks the latest development in an exciting era for the legendary rock group. Last month, the Rock & Roll Hall of Famers announced a run of tour dates in the UK and Europe for summer 2026 with support from fellow heavy hitters Extreme.The group’s travels begin June 13 in Rättvik, Sweden, with stops in Helsinki, Zurich, and Dortmund to follow on the continent. From there they’ll be off to their native UK for gigs in Glasgow, their hometown of Sheffield, London, Birmingham, and Manchester. The tour wraps up with visits to Germany’s Wacken Open Air festival July 30 and a headlining show in Dubai on August 2.
The summer tour will follow Def Leppard’s winter residency at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The band will play 12 shows at the legendary Vegas locale’s Colosseum Theater throughout the month of February, playing weekly on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday nights. Before this run of dates, though, the band will play a gig on October 11, headlining Hard Rock Live in Gary, Indiana.
Additionally, Def Leppard announced that they’ll be releasing Diamond Star Heroes Live From Sheffield on November 21. The show, recorded in 2023 in the band’s hometown at Bramall Lane during “The World Tour” with Mötley Crüe, will be available on Blu-ray+2CD, 2CD, and 2LP.
