Metallica Sock It To ‘Em With Cosy New Footwear Range
The new Metallica socks come in seven different designs including their classic band logo and ‘Master Of Puppets’.
Metal titans Metallica have released a new range of branded socks in time for the cold weather. Yes, it’s only the end of October, but there’s no mistaking the chill that’s been in the air recently. Summer is sadly a distant memory – but don’t despair, as Metallica have their fans covered… well, their fans’ feet at least.
The band’s new branded socks means that fans can represent Metallica at home, while out on the town, at a gig, or at that long office meeting with the boss at work. There are seven pairs to choose from, including Pushead designs, a Master Of Puppets look, a pair of …And Justice For All branded socks and a rather neat pair simply featuring the band’s famous logo.

Last year, Metallica teamed up with quality watchmakers Nixon to launch a new collection. The hard core collection, which includes six watches plus two Limited Editions, was born of long-shared mutual respect for upstarts who buck the system and wind up changing it for good. The collection includes six hard rocking models, plus two special limited editions.
Recently, another three designs have been added to the range: The Sentry Leather Seek And Destroy watch in black and red, the Time Teller Classic Logo in black and white, and the 51-30 limited edition Enter Sandman timepiece.
However, the Enter Sandman design is an exclusive for the band’s Fifth Member fan club and has sold out, but the other two are still available to pre-order and will ship from November 1. Visit Metallica’s official website for further information.
Unveiling the initial run of watches, Nixon said in a statement: “Metallica are the perfect partner for us. They are independent and unique, with a focus on creativity and quality.
“We’ve been looking forward to working with them again since our first experience back in 2010 when we teamed up for a series of limited edition rocker watches using old guitar straps and leather jackets from various Metallica members to create watch bands.”
