Scott Ian Swears By His Upcoming DVD
Scott Ian, a founding member of hard rock staples Anthrax, will have his ‘Swearing Words In Glasgow’ DVD released by Caroline International on November 10. It’s a visual record of his groundbreaking ‘Swearing Words’ tour in which he shared anecdotes and experiences from his unique career of more than 30 years.
The DVD is a full performance recording filmed towards the end of the tour in Scotland by the musician, author and TV personality. Also known for his presenting work with VH1 and for hosting events such as the Kerrang! Awards in London in June, Ian is the last remaining original member of Anthrax, formed in New York in 1981.
The release will tie in with the October 14 publication in the US of Ian’s autobiography ‘I’m The Man.’ Anthrax, meanwhile, will complete the promotional campaign for their most recent album ‘Worship Music’ with the release of a live CD+DVD & Blu-Ray on September 30 via Nuclear Blast.
