Paul McCartney is about to be back in the US once again. The music icon’s Got Back Tour will take him to stadiums and arenas across the continent this fall. It’s McCartney’s first North American tour since 2022.

The 2025 Got Back dates will return the Beatles and Wings legend to markets including Las Vegas, Denver, Des Moines, Minneapolis, Tulsa, New Orleans, Atlanta, Nashville, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Montreal, and Hamilton. It also has him set to play Albuquerque and the Palm Springs area for the first time. General onsale for all shows begins July 18 at 10 a.m. local time.

McCartney started the year with a surprise residency at New York’s 600-capacity Bowery Ballroom, which earned rave reviews. The gigs showed McCartney still in ebullient fighting form several years past his 80th birthday. As Billboard put it, “Seeing Paul McCartney live remains a bit of a religious experience.” The Got Back Tour will take him back to where he once belonged, playing his catalog of classics for a large audience that transcends demographics.

Shortly after the Bowery residency, McCartney performed on Saturday Night Live’s 50th anniversary special SNL50. He has since campaigned for Joe Cocker’s inclusion in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, appeared on Barbra Streisand’s new duets album The Secret Of Life: Partners, Volume 2, and joined Bruce Springsteen onstage in his native Liverpool. It was also confirmed this year that Paul Mescal will star as McCartney in the upcoming quartet of Beatles biopics.

An earlier iteration of the McCartney concert experience was thrust into the spotlight last year with the release of the Wings live album One Hand Clapping. First recorded live in the studio in 1974, the album finally saw release half a century later, serving as an important artifact from McCartney’s history and the latest holy grail for his global audience of super-fans.
