‘Beloved’ is the second single taken from Delta, which dropped straight at the top of US Billboard chart upon release, for the third time in as many albums. It simultaneously entered the UK chart at 2 in a last gasp chart battle with Michael Buble and Little Mix.

Upon release, Mumford & Sons quickly took Delta out on tour, selling out arenas in the UK, the US and recently completing a run in Australia and New Zealand. Moving their huge multi-platformed stage into the centre of the round, it’s a show that suggests to their fans a more intimate performance within a typically vast setting. With the band and an assortment of additional brass and string players in full flow, it makes for a rousing, jubilatory spectacle.

A full US tour kicks off in the US in late February and the band are very pleased to welcome the inimitable Cat Power in support. Gang of Youths will join the band for their European run, and Villagers will play the rescheduled UK dates.

Additionally, Mumford & Sons have been confirmed as the final headliner of All Points East 2019. The four-piece join five other headliners (including The Chemical Brothers, The Strokes, Christine and the Queens and Bon Iver) at the Victoria Park, London-held festival, which will be held on two weekends: 24-26 May and 31 May 31 – 2 June.

Mumford & Sons have taken the final headline slot for this year’s All Points East, with the band set to bring their “community-minded” ‘Gentlemen of the Road’ touring festival to Victoria Park on Saturday June 1 in what will be a British festival exclusive for 2019.

Supporting the Mumfords throughout the day will be a host of acts, with the likes of Dizzee Rascal, Leon Bridges and The Vaccines among the confirmed names so far. Sam Fender, Jade Bird, Dermot Kennedy and Dizzy have also been announced as being part of the bill on June 1. For tickets and further information, visit the festival’s official website.
